BioI am a geek.
I was that guy in High School, back before the days when anyone knew what an Internet was who was using modem terminal commands to dial into BBSs.
I was that guy in the Army unit who was given all the new tech gadgets by the brass and told to figure it out and see if it would be any use to try and teach the other grunts how to use in the field.
I was that guy in college who's dorm room was popular with people bringing their eMachines to school for the first time for the help in getting them connected to the LAN, and whom was always willing to help try and save that thirty page report that grad students always seemed to have only one copy of on an aging floppy disk.
I like tech. I like tech art. I like tech music. I like tech people.
I am a geek and proud of it.
